2022 Health & Humanitarian Logistics Conference
Theme: 'Strengthening Local Preparedness and Response PlanNING through Effective Logistics Networks'

iii. Last Mile Delivery
Since its inauguration in 2008, the conference has been held in various countries including the United States of America, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, South Africa, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, and Rwanda, and was held virtually in 2020 and 2021. The conference serves as an annual forum through which a wide range of stakeholders can learn and engage on challenging issues that are most relevant to today’s aid supply chains.
The HHL returns in 2022 to its in-person format, with online access to enable broad participation. Hosted at Aidex, Brussels on November 16th/17th the event will be co-led by the Humanitarian Logistics Association (HLA) and Georgia Tech Center for Health and Humanitarian Systems.
The Conference will be highly interactive focusing on voices from the field, where challenges and potential solutions will be discussed over two days facilitated through panel discussions, innovation and academic poster presentations, case studies, breakout sessions and high-level engagement.
As the world faces increasing challenges to meet humanitarian needs due to conflict, natural disasters and health emergencies, we encourage representatives from aid organizations, the private and public sectors, governments, academia, and others to join us to examine and discuss current and future priorities, strategies, and best practices in the health and humanitarian logistics sectors.
