JenniferJennifer Moorehead has 25 years experience in rights-based development and humanitarian responses, bringing a lifelong commitment to human rights in general and child rights in particular to her work and approach.

From 2000 - 2014, she worked with Save the Children in a number of different capacities, including quality programming, new business development, and policy and advocacy. Jennifer left Save the Children in 2014 to become the Director of the Palestine NGO coordination forum called AIDA (the Association of International Development Agencies). She left AIDA in 2016 to come back to Save the Children, as Country Director of the Palestine Country Office.

She is currently the Country Director for Save the Children in Lebanon. She arrived in-country shortly after the Beirut Blast, and is managing together with the Save the Children team the unfolding crisis with its increasing humanitarian consequences for all sectors of the population.
