Ann is the Founder and President of African Children Today, a US nonprofit dedicated to supporting women and children in Rakai, Uganda where the first case of HIV/AIDS was diagnosed in 1982. ACT operates a primary and secondary school, as well as income-producing businesses for women. (africanchildrentoday.org). She is also the Development Officer for Feed My Starving Children, which produces nutritionally complete meals specifically for malnourished children in 70 countries worldwide. In 2019, FMSC relied on 1.4 million volunteers to pack 370 million meals which were distributed by partners operating schools, orphanages and feeding programs. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, Ann was a corporate and securities attorney, specializing in banking law and mergers and acquisitions.
