Léa works with the Global Interagency Security Forum (GISF) as research advisor since 2019. As such she initiates and develops practical and original research, along with best practice guides to help humanitarian organisations face security issues. She further promotes partnerships across sectors to facilitate information-sharing and foster dialogue on security risk management. More recently, Léa has focused on issues of localisation and security risk management. In the past, she worked on human rights and conflict resolution, through training in mediation and completing two Masters degrees, in International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon (France) and Human Rights from LSE (UK).
