  • how much does it cost to attend aidex brussels?

    AidEx Brussels is free to attend for all not-for-profit organisations. This includes access to all conference sessions, the networking drinks reception and the exhibition. Please note, all attendees do need to organise and pay for their own travel and accommodation.

  • WHO ATTENDS AIDEX?

    AidEx is the largest event of its kind and brings together over 2,000 professionals from 50+ countries. Attendees come from UN Agencies, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, international and local NGOs, Government, relevant media and associations. 

  • DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER TO ATTEND?

    It is recommended that you pre-register your attendance to AidEx to avoid having to register at Brussels Expo. Pre-registered visitors will be able to collect their entry badge quickly on arrival.

  • i have registered but not received any confirmation email. what should i do?

    All pre-registered attendees will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the registration form. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - Badges will not be posted in advance, they will be available to collect when you arrive.

  • i have registered, but can no longer attend. can my colleague attend on my behalf?

    If you can no longer attend AidEx Brussels, you are welcome to invite a colleague to attend on your behalf. They must however register separately with their details either in advance or once they arrive at the venue, Brussels Expo.

  • do aidex sponsor/pay for delegates to attend the event?

    AidEx Brussels welcomes over 2,000 attendees each year, we do not charge an entry fee for the event but unfortunately we cannot pay for delegate's accommodation and travel.

    AidEx Brussels is held in Hall 11 of Brussels Expo, a centrally located event venue in Brussels and a short walk away from Heysel metro station and a variety of bus stops from the city centre. Full travel information can be found here.

  • HOW DO I GET TO AIDEX BRUSSELS?

    AidEx takes place at Brussels Expo which is a short walk from Heysel Metro station in the city of Brussels. Brussels is centrally located in Europe, and easily reached by train from various European destinations as well as the Eurostar from London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne. Brussels is well connected to many countries via aeroplane. For more detailed travel information, click here.

  • WHERE CAN I SEE THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMME AND SPEAKER LIST?

    The latest AidEx Conference programme including confirmed speakers can be found here. The programme will be updated regularly in the run-up to the event. 

  • WHERE CAN I SEE A LIST OF EXHIBITING ORGANISATIONS AND PRODUCTS?

  • I AM COMING FROM OVERSEAS, WHERE CAN I STAY?

    Brussels, like most major cities has lots of hotel options for many budgets. Please check booking.com for prices.

  • IS THERE FREE WIFI AT THE VENUE?

    There is free WiFi at Brussels Expo.

  • CAN I sell my products at aidex?

    The AidEx exhibition features 200 suppliers of products and services as well as not-for-profit organisations showcasing their latest projects. Suppliers can only sell their products if they have booked an exhibition stand. Suppliers are welcome to attend as a visitor and to network, however anyone canvassing or selling outside of exhibition stands will be asked to leave.   • IS AIDEX ACCESSIBLE TO ALL?

    Brussels Expo is fitted with ramps and the venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific requirements, please contact us.

  • CAN I BOOK A MEETING ROOM AT THE EVENT?

    AidEx has a number of seating areas available for you to have a meeting around the exhibition. There are also meeting rooms just outside of the hall available for private meetings (for 30-100 people).
