AidEx encompasses a conference featuring inspirational thought leaders, an exhibition which is the largest of its kind in the world, training programmes, networking opportunities and a dedicated awards programme recognising individuals and innovations that truly inspire.

Each year over 2,500 representatives of the humanitarian aid community from over 65 countries attend an AidEx event. Attendees come from UN Agencies, the EU, Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, local and international NGOs, government and the private sector.

We are all currently facing significant challenges posed by the pandemic crisis. But the situation is significantly improving across Europe, with business conditions looking to return to some sense of normality by November when AidEx will take place.

Such events are needed now more than ever to bring relevant experts together, therefore AidEx will be taking place on 18-19 November at Brussels Expo, Belgium. We are working closely with our venue, local and regional governments and associations, and will be following all national and global health and welfare guidelines to ensure that AidEx is run to the highest health and safety standards.
